How do I register?

Will I receive account activation email?
Yes. We will send you an account activation email once you have registered. Please check your mailbox including your spam folder and click on the link 'Activate your account' to complete the registration process. If you are still unable to receive the activation email, please contact our Customer Service to resolve this issue.
I cannot login to my account.
Please check your login details carefully and make sure the email address and the password you entered is correct. If you are still unable to login to your account please wait 10 - 15 minutes and try again as this might be a problem caused by our system maintenance. While waiting please make sure that your browser accepts cookies. If the problem continue please contact our Customer Service and outline the issue.
I forgot my password.
If you forgot your password, simply click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the 'login' page and enter the email address you used when you first registered and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password.
Why can't I find my size?
Oh no! This is probably the item is currently out of stock. If the size you are looking for does not appear in the 'Size' drop down menu box, then that particular item is out of stock. Our current season stock is regularly updated and new stock appears on our site daily.
Can I return an Item?
If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days. Please learn more about our return policy here.
How can I pay for my order?

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?
Yes. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email.
